Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

Every Mini Masterpieces Studio product is lovingly handmade and prepared specifically for your order.

Because all products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for changes of mind, incorrect theme selections, or customer ordering errors.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including personalized names, spelling, themes, quantities, and shipping information.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your Mini Masterpieces!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at denisecoe69@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the problem

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Handmade Product Variations

Because our plaster pieces are individually handmade, slight variations in texture, appearance, and finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Delays

All orders require preparation time before shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and shipping carrier delays may occur.
